La Maison
La maison est une ancienne ferme qui faisait partie du domaine du Château de Vaugoubert, situé à quelques kilomètres. Elle a été probablement construite au 17ème siècle et subi des modifications au cours des siècles suivants. Elle reste toutefois authentique et un bel exemple d'architecture locale dans le style des facades "en alignement" répandu au 17ème siècle.
Malgré des restaurations et aménagements permettant d'avoir un niveau de confort moderne, la maison conserve son caractère ancien avec des matériaux nobles, une décoration traditionnelle, un environnement préservé.
The house is an old farm which was part of the Domain of Vaugoubert Castle, located a few kilometers away. It was probably built in the 17th century and modified during the following centuries. It remains authentic and a fine example of local architecture in the style of the facades "in alignment" widespread in the17th century.
In spite of restorations and facilities allowing to have a level of modern comfort, the house retains its old character with noble materials, a traditional decoration, a preserved environment.
